New customers need to visit our office in person to complete an application for service and present proper identification. A service deposit is required from all rental properties.
Effective January 1, 2017 deposit amount required – $250
*Deposits will be refunded after 12 months of consecutive on-time payments. If the customer leaves their residence prior to 12 months, the deposit will be credited to the final bill.
In order to cancel service it is highly recommended that you contact our office either by phone or in person.
