Residential & Small Commercial (Effective January 1, 2020)

The residential and small commercial rate for district heating service shall be the sum of energy and customer charge as follows:
| All KWH | 3.45¢/KWH |
| Customer charge | $6.50/month |
Note: Non-Heating season is defined as billing months of June through September.
Medium & Large Commercial (Effective January 1, 2020)
The medium and large commercial rate for district heating service shall be the sum of energy and customer charge as follows:
| All KWH (Heating Season) | 3.45¢/KWH |
| All KWH (Non-Heating Season) | 2.40¢/KWH |
| Customer Charge | $35.00/month |
Note: Non-Heating season is defined as billing months of June through September.
